Only a quick google search will have you find that it is suggested that if you have a relatively normal sleep cycle then the optimal time to workout based on the body's circadian rythm and core temperture is in the afternoon from 2 30 pm to 8 30 pm. Additional studies find that a personalized best time for working out is when your resting heart rate is at its peak. For myself I do find a 2 pm to 3 pm workout time tends to be my best though getting in a an early morning workout let's me be sure to keep a solid workout schedule.
